Welcome to Tree Ninjas, your trusted tree care and removal company serving King County, Washington, including Duvall, Issaquah, Renton, Redmond, Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, Snohomish, Everett, and Bothell.
By accessing or using our website, scheduling a service, or communicating with our team, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read this document carefully before proceeding.

1. General Information

Tree Ninjas provides professional tree services, including tree removal, hedge trimming, stump grinding, and emergency tree care throughout King County, WA.

All services are performed by trained professionals following Washington State laws, environmental standards, and local safety regulations.

By hiring Tree Ninjas, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or scheduling services.

2. Service Areas and Availability

We proudly serve residential and commercial clients in Duvall, Issaquah, Renton, Redmond, Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, Snohomish, Everett, and Bothell.

Service availability may vary depending on your location, property access, or environmental restrictions. We reserve the right to decline service requests outside our operating areas or for unsafe conditions.

3. Estimates and Quotes

All estimates provided by Tree Ninjas are free and based on the information given at the time of request.
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Prices are subject to change if additional work is required or site conditions differ from the initial inspection.

If services are performed outside Seattle, Bellevue, or Redmond, travel fees may apply. Any additional costs will be discussed and approved by the client before proceeding.

4. Payments and Deposits

Tree Ninjas requires a 50% deposit before beginning any service, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.
We accept payments via cash, check, or approved digital transfer methods.

Failure to complete payment within 7 business days after project completion may result in additional fees or suspension of future services.

Clients in Renton, Issaquah, Snohomish, and Everett are encouraged to confirm their payment schedule in writing before work begins.

5. Service Performance and Liability

Tree Ninjas takes every precaution to perform services safely and efficiently. However, tree work involves inherent risks.
We are fully licensed and insured, but clients are responsible for ensuring property access and removal of personal belongings from the work area before service begins.

Tree Ninjas is not liable for:

Pre-existing property damage
Underground utility issues (not previously disclosed)
Weather-related delays
Minor surface damage from necessary equipment

We serve Kirkland, Bothell, Redmond, and nearby cities with full commitment to safety and professional workmanship.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the total estimate.

If weather conditions in Seattle, Bellevue, or Everett prevent safe operation, Tree Ninjas reserves the right to reschedule at no additional cost.

7. Weather and Emergency Situations

Due to the unpredictable weather in King County, including areas like Duvall, Renton, and Snohomish, certain services may need to be delayed or postponed.

In emergency situations, Tree Ninjas prioritizes urgent cases such as fallen or hazardous trees that threaten life or property.

8. Warranties and Satisfaction Guarantee

Tree Ninjas guarantees all completed work meets professional standards.
If you’re not satisfied with our service in Redmond, Kirkland, or Bothell, please contact us within 7 days of completion so we can make it right.

Our warranty does not cover natural regrowth, storms, or issues caused by external environmental factors.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We value your privacy. Any personal information collected—such as your name, address, email, or phone number—is used strictly for communication and billing purposes.
We never sell, share, or distribute your information without consent.

This applies to all clients in Bellevue, Seattle, Issaquah, and surrounding areas.
